Today a staffer was helping set up a workout station for a member. Haven't seen that before. And that positive vibe has spread to the members. Very friendly. The gym has a number of separate areas that make it seem smaller and not so imposing. Just a great place to work out.

I've been going to group fitness classes at The Next Step for three months now, and am so happy to be apart of this gym. I cannot stress enough how great the culture is at this gym -- a very welcoming and judgement free zone. Everyone from the instructors to fitness class goers are nothing short of supportive and kind. It is a great environment to meet your goals in whether it be losing weight, becoming stronger, or maintaining overall health and fitness.
