John was very prompt & courteous on supplying a quote. Assuring us that his work was top quality. However, after hiring him he took every possible shortcut and paid little to no attention to our wishes & his initial promises. For example, when we complained that the edging he installed was too high for the mower go over it, he said he would fix it. Instead of fixing it, he totally removed the edging.
