Amy is an exceptional hairstylist. My sister and I have been following her to whatever salon she goes to for 18 years. Her highlights are 2nd to none, she is a magician with colour. I highly recommend her.
We had a bit of an appointment hiccup. My friend had booked online for an up-do as she was attending a wedding, but never received an email confirmation. The morning of, she called to confirm the time and they said they had no record of the appointment and that their scheduling system ran into problems occasionally.
