I can understand why it’s difficult to get a response from this company. The employees are just trying to keep their heads above water. A retirement administration company that provides employees with a 1% match. Wow. They work people to death until there’s no option but to stop caring about their clients or walk out the door.
You better hope you never need anything done in a timely manner with these guys! I have been calling since March 6th to get a corrected 1099 so I can file my taxes and it is now March 27th and nothing has been resolved. Every time I call I am told someone will call me back in a day or two. Even when I requested to talk to a supervisor and was assure I would receive a call back, nobody ever called...and that was 2 weeks ago!
