I'm currently staying at The Newbury Hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Steven at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. As a Boston/NYC local, I’ve seen my fair share of swanky hotel bars and restaurants. I have to say, I had one of the most delicious, welcoming, and kindly-served late night meals in a very long time after a work conference tonight at the Newbury Hotel. I was exceptionally attended to when seated, but even more remarkably, I watched Eric at the entrance skillfully tackle and tame the demands of each guest — regardless of their merit or level of intensity. Spectacular stay at this amazing hotel. The room is phenomenal and the service is top notch. Location is wonderful across from the park. Everything is top notch.
