My favorite hotel in Boston! Rooms are solid and I loved the MFG rooftop restaurant. Very centrally located.
Wow, everything that could go wrong went wrong, starting with removing a few items from mini bar to stick a slice of pizza in overnight. The fridge has sensors and I was charged w a $180 minibar fee. Fortunately charge was discovered & removed. Elevator key card way too fussy to activate the car. No one tells you this and you go sailing up 17 floors. WORST OF ALL - the heating pipes started clanging loudly at 4:30 am. It's August mind you...I thought jackhammering on street below was making the noise; it was that loud. Very ... read more
