LOVE my Newberry Lofts pad! Original owner bought new in 2018. Great setting in the heart of downtown Long Beach Pine Ave. Perfect weather and close walking distance to the beach, exercise options, great bars, and great restaurants.
We purchased our unit here at the Newberry Lofts August of 2018. Couldn't be happier. The building's exterior and interior have been renovated from top to bottom. Each loft comes with a brand new kitchen with a new cooking stove and dishwasher. It also comes with a modern bathroom and closet system. Parking space is included. We were one of the first to buy a unit here at the Newberry Lofts. Love the location, downtown vibe, close to arts district and just blocks from the beach. It's an area that is developing quickly. Very clean and well kept for a downtown. We really like that the building is newly renovated. With only 28 units, it gives us a tight community feel. We did experience some growing pains, however, feels like it's mostly been ironed out.
I live here and my neighbors are cool.
