My son ordered the Gentleman's toner. When we received the product the bottle was empty. It had leaked all over the package. We sent two emails that have gone unanswered. I also tried calling. I left a message with all of my information and described what had happened. I still have not gotten a response from anyone at the company. Be careful when you order from this company. They have terrible customer serviceĀ
I was greeted very kindly by John and he was very focused on making sure I was getting what I wanted for this haircut. I showed him several pictures of how I usually style my hair and what I was looking for with the fade and he did no disappoint! The texture on the top was also so well done. I can tell he cares a lot about his craft and customers. I'll definitely be coming back, I found my new barberĀ

I had a bad experience at this barber shop. It's entirely based on the experience and attitude I encountered during my very first visit on weekend. I was seen by protege and he didn't even know what he is doing to my beard. Didn't undestood what I want and just get going without making any effort to listen and understand.
