I wasn’t feeling the treatment from a particular employee there. Why am I leaving an appointment upset due to an annoyed or aggravated Secretary? Clearly, I'm there because I cannot fully hear and they legit made it so uncomfortable for me that I left that office tearing up...Unprofessional… not sure if she was rushing to get out of there or what, but I did not deserve that treatment at all... no one does.... What happened to improving a customer or patient experience? Doctor Sperling was great though!
Dr Sperling thinks its imperative to do an audiology test every time I visit. Will tell me that I should just listen to him as the expert. Well this last time I was adamant for him to clean up my ears before the audiology test, he threw a little fit about it, and lo and behold the doc had 0 suggestions for a hearing aid/hearing devices for my ears compared to the visits of the past. Surprise, guess I can be a doctor too.. Maybe now the doctor will know that I don't have a 'hearing problem' per se, but an inner ear problem wh... read more
