Dr Sperling thinks its imperative to do an audiology test every time I visit. Will tell me that I should just listen to him as the expert. Well this last time I was adamant for him to clean up my ears before the audiology test, he threw a little fit about it, and lo and behold the doc had 0 suggestions for a hearing aid/hearing devices for my ears compared to the visits of the past. I wasn’t feeling some of the treatment from a particular employee there. Why am I leaving an appointment upset due to an annoyed or aggravated Secretary? Unprofessional… not sure if she was rushing to get out of there or what, but I did not like the treatment at all. What happened to improving a customer or patient experience? Doctor Sperling was great though!
