Staff super friendly but 3.5 weeks from an xray, ive just been told today 01/08/25 that ive been walking about with a broken ankle.. This is because i was hoping to have knee replacement surgery in the very near future.. This has set me back 6 weeks.. I am an ex nurse and i back the NHS all the way but this is deplorable...
I have attended Rheumatology since 2013. I always receive excellent care from Dr McGarry and Nurse Gail Dolan. Both take time to listen and they explain everything I need to know in detail. I feel that they really care and both are so approachable. They are easy to talk to and I feel at ease wìth them Both deserve recognition for their excellent work . They are both a credit to the NHS.
I have just finished attending Ward P at the Victoria infirmary for my chemotherapy and I felt after all the care & attention I’ve received these Ladies & Guys need to know just how very grateful I am . I’ve attended for 5 months and just finished my chemo today . I’ve been met with smiling, caring souls who have only come into my life for a short time but will be remembered for a lifetime. Always receive first class service at the New Victoria Infirmary. Have been attending for years and the service and treatment is First Class without exception. Hard working dedicated staff at all levels.
My evaluation of the hospital and the ENT department: I have been visiting this hospital since 2019, specifically the ENT department, and my experience with them has been wonderful and comfortable from the beginning. In 2022, I underwent a nasal polyp removal procedure, and honestly, the results were much better than I expected. I felt significantly better breathing and a significant reduction in the symptoms I had previously experienced.
