Had to attend today to get my finger drained walked in not even 2 minutes later got treated I think her name was Julie my nurse she was very welcoming and very polite she told me what was going to happen not even 5 minutes she got right into it, only took about 10 minutes and all the pus was out my finger. Very gentle when doing the drainage would and the dressing my finger 100% recommend this hospital staff are very polite and welcoming
I attended day surgery for removal of my gallbladder. All staff were amazing and so kind. I felt like a person and not just a number. I really cant thank you all enough. As a nurse myself i know we arent always the easiest patients. Knowledge isnt always a good thing haha. Joking aside, if you were on shift on saturday 29th november, thank you so much. Each and every one of you are worth your weight in gold. To my surgeon Mr Zino, theatre staff, nurses and receptionist.....thank you, again!
Attended Endoscopy unit on the 24/11/25 and I cannot commend the efficiency of all staff.i was very anxious about the procedure but the staff were so reassuring and lovely my anxiety was eased.i truly cannot express my gratitude to the team for the care they provided to me.
I have just returned home following day surgery at the New Vic. I wish I could remember everyone’s name. I just wanted to say how amazing every single member of staff were from anesthetists, nurses, anesthetic practitioners, the consultant, reception staff etc. I cannot fault the care I received today. I was anxious prior to my procedure and having such caring and amazing staff put me at ease. I cannot thank you all enough
