Don't think I will be back. I can understand being overwhelmed when there is only one person, however that then speaks volumes about how to prioritize quick jobs to longer jobs. I really don't appreciate being told it'll be 10min wait then eat up my little time up to 25min and let people who showed up after me get ahead of me.
