First, I want to say that I would have given this company 5 stars because the gentleman (I think his name is Doug) who came out to see me was super professional and knowledgeable. However, the only reason I took off 2 stars was because they were unable to start my foundation drainage job asap (they would have to book me two weeks out). I am definitely keeping them at the top of my list for my future repairs.
I needed to get my house seismic retrofitted in order to get earthquake insurance, so I called this guys for help. The best part about this job is that the inspector Doug that came out was not just any random sales rep, he was one of the founders of the company and the responsible managing officer. Doug, the foundation inspector, explained to me the whole process and also brought up other foundation concerns to my attention.
