I'm not convinced the guy, Alec, ever even started my stamp. We were told it would take up to two days, a week later I called and it wasn't ready. Said he needed one more day and would give me a call the next day when it was completed. Never got that call. Gave up and ordered a stamp else where. So, super sad to find a local business that is embarrassingly as unreliable as this. I'd much rather support local business than order out of state, but dude, what the heck. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!! BE WARNED!!! I'll begin with this. Alec (the owner) is very unprofessional. The store is an unorganized mess. The owner is lazy, will not follow timelines/deadlines, will not respond to e-mails or texts, and will blatantly lie about actually working on your project. He will waste your time and money. First time I decided to use this shop, I had called and asked what the turn-around time was for a custom stamp. I was told 1-2 days.
