Relocated from another country and built a home for my family with this builder. Strung me along for a year delay beyond my original closing date and asked me to pay $300K more than what I signed for… I reluctantly agreed, as moving into my home was more important to me and my family, only for them to tell me that I needed to pay an additional $60K. Very dissatisfied with them….do not build with them…maybe buying ready made would provide a better experience.
