Came for a walk in consultation and there was sign that stated that owner failed to pay rent
Extremely dissatisfied 1.5 years later. This was one of the biggest expenses my family has EVER made and New Me couldn't care less. Never reached out or cared to resolve the result either. Im out nearly 10 grand with an awful hairline. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted them to honor their work.

Initially upon meeting Dr. Ghiloni and Dr.Phuong they were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job reassuring me that I was a perfect candidate and at the right place to receive a hair transplant. Surgery went well but unfortunately for unknown reasons the transplant did not work 100% and they reassured me that they would do whatever was necessary for me to be satisfied with my results. I definitely recommend this place. Dr Phoung is the best and guides you greatly into the procedure. And really takes good care of the surgery. Julie is friendly and helpful in scheduling appointments and takes good care of the laser therapy and PRP treatments.
