I got a package of 30 min personal training sessions with Ashley and it was the PERFECT thing to get back on track with fitness. She is awesome, kind and knows her stuff!!! Highly recommend her. If I still lived in the area, I would be training with her continuously. <3

Took me ONE trial class to decide I wanted to become a member of this gym! Absolutely love the small class sizes and attention you get from the trainers during each session. Great variety of classes you can take & the fitness trainers make you feel so comfortable no matter what your background/experience is, I never really felt comfortable going to the gym alone til now. I finally look forward to working out everyday! Can’t wait to see what’s in store for me working out with the Lionheart crew ! 🤍
