Extremely disappointing experience with New India Assurance. I would strongly advise people to think twice before taking an insurance policy from this company. My experience with Balan was particularly frustrating. The worst insurance company. I'm in Manipal hospital Sarjapur Road and no one here to explain me. I've to pay the full amount by myself also it delayed my discharge by 1-day.
They are rejecting even the treatment done inside OT for cancer diagnosis. What is the use of such health insurance
