Year 2022: When I went there I was not so satisfied with the service. Year 2023: The lady cashier Rejitha heard my concerns patiently and guided well to renew the policy. Year 2026: Went there and paid premium. No one authorised was there to sign the document. So had to visit there once again in the afternoon.

Absolutely pathetic customer service.
Hopeless customer care. Went there for a motor vehicle insurance renewal. No one was interested in service, they are all getting the salary anyways right! Ran away from there!
