Visited the office for upgrading my existing policy through the agent. Decent behavior and Customer friendly staff Regarding the policy, premium is little higher than other Companies with lesser benefits

Quick service provided when visited to renew expired insurance of 2 wheeler. Approx time 30mins for all processes to complete.
I highly recommend not to visit this insurance office. Pathetic employees. They fight in front of customers. I got impacted because of their internal fight. Had to wait for three hours for an insurance transfer.
