Overall experience was okay. The first customer care agent was very pleasant and on top of repairs, the newest agent we have, Tess, very unpleasant and repairs are addressed. We have a flooring issue that was due to the repair of our island, due to their lack of quality control and now they are stating they aren’t going to repair it, after a delayed response time from their office, go figure.
