Moving can be a stressful process. I booked a Budget moving truck several weeks in advance from my move. The night before my move at 4:30 this company called me saying that they do not have the truck I wanted. They wanted to upgrade the size which I couldn't do (wont fit in my alley + i already had a big truck, another size would have been way too much for my stuff and risk damaging my stuff in transit). I recently reserved a 12’ moving truck online, but shortly after, Matt from the company gave me a call to let me know it wasn't available. He immediately offered to upgrade me to a 16’ truck at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise. When I arrived to pick up the truck, Matt was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful.
