Moving can be a stressful process. I booked a Budget moving truck several weeks in advance from my move. The night before my move at 4:30 this company called me saying that they do not have the truck I wanted. They wanted to upgrade the size which I couldn't do (wont fit in my alley + i already had a big truck, another size would have been way too much for my stuff and risk damaging my stuff in transit).
