Very disappointing experience. The lady who said she was the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. She handled my hair very roughly and actually burnt my hair during the service. On top of that, she didn’t even seem to know how to properly wash hair, which was shocking for someone claiming to run a salon. Instead of fixing the issue, she tried to scare and intimidate me when I pointed it out. There was no apology, no accountability, and absolutely no customer care. Very professional hairstylist. Highly recommended.
Had my hair bleached because I wanted a brighter look for the warmer weather ahead. From black asian hair that has been previously dyed. I was able to get such an amazing lift!!! I barely see damage so far. Absolutely ecstatic! The service was very polite and professional and at a reasonable price 10/10 will come back to get retouches!
