Very disappointing experience. The lady who said she was the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. She handled my hair very roughly and actually burnt my hair during the service. On top of that, she didn’t even seem to know how to properly wash hair, which was shocking for someone claiming to run a salon. Instead of fixing the issue, she tried to scare and intimidate me when I pointed it out. There was no apology, no accountability, and absolutely no customer care.
