I called New England House Doctor to see if I could get a quote on fixing my crumbling front porch, and to see if they could come up with a creative way to install a removable dog fence across my driveway. Roland returned my call the same day, fit me in the following week (even moving my original appt from Friday to Monday because he had an opening), and was very knowledgable when he came. He gave me the name of a mason to fix my porch (with great advice on what to ask for), and he came up with a great solution for my dog fe... read more
Roland did such an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and how. He finished up very quickly and I am very happy with the results.
We highly recommend Roland. He was timely, friendly, and fair. He quickly and accurately assessed our window problem, and fixed it immediately. We intend to seek him out again in the future.
Roland called me back the same day and came out that afternoon to look at the old broken porch steps. He explained everything carefully and sent a quote within a day or so. Roland did great work completely rebuilding the steps. He was fair, everything he said he followed through on, and most importantly he was professional and kind. Highly recommend Roland! I will definitely reach out to him for future repairs.
