We went through Donna for a new homeowners policy. Our mortgage company messed up the closing cost allocation that should have paid for the policy. We were never alerted - but Donna was. Donna not only alerted us - but took an extraordinary amount of time to correct the situation, even though it wasn't even remotely her responsibility.
When an issue came up with our mortgage holder, Eagle Insurance handled it and kept me informed. They tracked down the issue with minimal work on my end.
I moved my business insurance to them because of competitive pricing but got so much more. The service and help they have provided is so much better. I've moved our personal lines as well to them. They are available if we have any questions and are looking out for our interests.
I suggest you look at the values they have on your property and possessions because they up scale it so bad to make money, I went back to state farm. This place is nothing but shady crooks, hiding in your trust.
