Decent GP, unfortunately the older generation expect everything handed to them like 0 wait time etc so give this place 1 star. Good staff, nice reception. Ignore the bad reviews tbh
I feel really lucky to have this as my GP practice. I have always been impressed with the level of care, lovely staff and dedication from everyone. Just to let people know all GP practices are under pressure, which makes New Croft even more amazing. Thank you.
Honestly the new Croft has always been amazing for me. Received appts the same day when needed without any hassle. I literally cannot think of a bad word to say about this practice. Dr Kemp is amazing, she’s so calming and understanding, doesn’t make you feel stupid or silly. The reception staff are lovely. Very happy. :)
You cannot book an online appointment anymore and if you call you would be fortunate not to be waiting an hour or more to get through. I ended up going in person yesterday -27 May- as this seems the only way to get an appointment and was told the next available appointment was 1 July! I asked why there were so few GP’s about and why such a long wait and was told they are swamped. Why then does their website say they are welcoming new patients when they apparently don’t have the capacity to look after the ones they currently ... read more
