Maintenance always came out quickly when called. Staff was pleasant. Well maintained property.
David and Leonel did fantastic job delivering my appliance and removing old appliance. Great maintenance techs
The apartments are outdated and overpriced. The well water often runs discolored, sometimes yellow or muddy. Common areas are poorly maintained, and security doors are usually left propped open. Overall, not worth the cost—there are better options elsewhere.
Ahmon set me up with a well kept studio and was quick to answer any questions I had throughout the move-in process.
I’m a new resident here. Upon the move in, my unit was clean with a few new appliances and finishes as well. No complaints there. Ahmon, was very knowledgeable & responded quickly to any questions I’ve had, making this move in progress simple & less stressful. Maintenance does serve a lot of units, the only issue I have here is with how long they take to resolve your issues. I’ve had what looks to be an air filter issue for a while…I’m still waiting on some help guys lol. Other than that, I’m quite pleased with this place.
