I’m a new resident here. Upon the move in, my unit was clean with a few new appliances and finishes as well. No complaints there. Ahmon, was very knowledgeable & responded quickly to any questions I’ve had, making this move in progress simple & less stressful. Maintenance does serve a lot of units, the only issue I have here is with how long they take to resolve your issues. I’ve had what looks to be an air filter issue for a while…I’m still waiting on some help guys lol. Other than that, I’m quite pleased with this place.
Ahmon was very helpful and nice with all the requests that was made he even got me a whole new carpet he made sure I was satisfied and didn’t just put me in anything he also made sure the move in process was very smooth and I appreciate him for everything he is a very nice man thank you!
David Romero was very helpful in se curing the bathroom cleanup after su cessfully repairing the shower. He was polite and professional. We need to protect our people at all cost. Melinated sis.
Ahmon was very professional and clear about the expectations that tenants can have with management for any issues or concerns that may arise. It is very comforting knowing im in a c controlled and well kept environment. I'm glad to be here. Thanks Ahmon for assisting me in making the decision to move into my fist apartment!
