Reception staff are helpful and I’ve genuinely never had a problem getting appointments with a maximum wait of a couple of days. I like that I can submit a consultation via the NHS app; it’s easier to get an appointment this way and you don’t even have to phone them either.

I switched to this medical practice and managed to get an appointment, which was both good and exciting. When I arrived, I explained my complaint of irregular breathing. The nurse I saw suggested a pill that could stop my menstrual cycle, claiming it would be beneficial for me, especially since I experience cramps. I'm only in my mid-20s, and I found this suggestion to be quite off-putting. It was horrible!
