I've been using NCC's services for over a year and they've never been less than wonderful! This past Friday (due to a series of unfortunate events), they were unable to enter my home while I was at work... and the house desperately needed their TLC!!! To my surprise- and with no obligation to do so- they kindly offered to come back the next day (Saturday- their day off). It's rare to experience kindness and great customer service like that these days! I highly recommend NCC for your cleaning needs. 🙂

Service was very professional. The owner took time to understand our needs and preferences with a lot of attention to detail. On the day of cleaning staff was on time, well prepared and brought positive energy to the job. All around a great experience! Highly recommended.
