Betina was very kind and informative for my first session on my tattoo removal. I have a larger piece on my upper arm and shoulder. We used an ice pack and cold air to help with the pain. It was a breeze. I'm so excited to go back and get some more work done towards lightening (and hopefully removing) my tattoo.
I completed over 10 laser tattoo removal sessions at this clinic, only to be told later that they do not have the appropriate equipment to fully remove my tattoo. This information would have been crucial to know at the beginning. Throughout the process, I received conflicting information from both the owners, which made it difficult to trust the guidance I was given. I now feel deeply frustrated and disheartened, not just because of the lack of results, but because of the time, money, and hope I invested here.
