I want to first personally shout out the service advisor Vicent for being incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding regarding the situation with my CR-V. I had a negative experience the day before at another service center location, but coming here was nothing but a positive experience. He explained what was wrong with my car, what needed to be done, and an estimated wait time which I appreciated it. 100% recommend this location.
Nick and his team always treat us professionally, only place I go
DO NOT use this location. I bring in a 2020 Civic TypeR for a fuel pump recall. I pick up the car and it won't go into 2nd, 4th, 6th gear nor reverse. The techs drive the car and come back and say "it just has to be forced into gear but it's driveable" and tells me I might need a new clutch. I took it took a mechanic I know personally and he explained to the service techs that removed the battery reinstalled interfering with the shift linkage. Babylon Honda would not own up to the mistake.
They have been excellent with me so far .
