DO NOT LIVE HERE. This building is now managed by Home River Group and they are the worst. When we first moved in the place was so filthy and gross. We were originally told we would get a different apartment and the day of they gave us an unfinished apartment. After months of trying to get the place fixed they had Home River took over. When moving out we left the place way better than how we found it and followed all of Home Rivers checkout checklist.
