I couldn't have said it any better than the other reviewer from this month. Calls are ignored, voicemails aren't returned, emails are ignored. It seems that most doctors' offices struggle with prompt patient service, however, The Nevada Center has been outstandingly, remarkably awful.
The Nevada Center is very understaffed. When I call, 95% of the time they never answer the phone. Yes this is during their normal business hours. When I get pushed, "by the phone system" to there answering machine "the employees message says" "leave a message and we will return your call in 24 hours". This was on a Tuesday and I know they aren't open on Fridays. Bottom line, my call isn't returned.
