Hospital does not respect people’s time. Schedules as many patients as possible and expects you to wait two hours in the waiting room. Please just allot the correct amount of time for appointments and respect others’ time.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Most recently there neurologist left the clinic. It was months before I could get an appointment, when I did they said the new neurologist could not see me till I had a new MRI, because the one they had was more than 6 months old. Got another MRI. Two more months to get an appt. 2 days prior to appt in Bentonville appt cancelled by clinic saying I would have to be seen in Springdale 2 weeks later.
