EDIT: Got a super rude phone call from someone who identified themselves as the office manager. I was gaslit about calls they supposedly made to me -- until I reminded them that it's 2026 and caller ID exists, as well as voicemail. I am transferring care elsewhere. Office staff has no sense of urgency for those in chronic pain when returning calls or following up. This has been an ongoing issue since I started treatment here a year ago. It’s incredibly frustrating and gravely affects quality of life for patients. The nurses who see you and the doctors are great but what good is that if the office staff doesn’t help you to be seen
I love this clinic. From the receptionist to the nurses, they are sweet, kind and caring. The doctors and PA are amazing and very quick to respond. They truly care about the patient.
Everyone that works there is so friendly but very efficient. They definitely know their jobs and do them well. They took fantastic care of my mother- in- law Elizabeth when she had to have several procedures done over a few weeks. She will need more and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr Rabi was great. The office is very nice and so was the staff. Everyone was very thorough and caring to ensure I was treated properly.
