Had an appointment for my child and received the appointment confirmation text for the appointment. Texted back a couple of hours later to confirm that we would be there for our appointment and they reached back out saying they cancelled our appointment! Never did they inform us that we had to reply instantly or that our appointment would be canceled. Very shady business practice! I’m a working parent scheduled an eval for my child fairly quickly. Unfortunately they did not inform me of their cancellation policy. If you don’t contact them 24 hours before your appointment they will cancel you without notice. I only found out after trying to confirm my appointment after work that they had canceled me. Very unprofessional. I had already taken PTO from work to prepare. They want us to give them thousands of dollars but don’t even inform you of cancellation policies. I brought my grandmother to Dr. Martinez for a memory loss evaluation, and he was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Martinez had so much grace and patience with her! He had excellent bedside manners, the office was neat, clean, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Martinez.
