Great staff and I finally was able to get the referrals immediately that I needed after 3 years of trying with other drs
I’ve been waiting six weeks for my appointment and I just had my appointment canceled on me 24 hours before my visit. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to reschedule the appointment and the best they can do is late July. I spoke to multiple representatives and finally got scheduled for next week and they decided to book me with a nurse who can’t even read my MRI. I now had a callback again and I’m waiting for a manager callback . This customer service has been terrible.
I was real happy about the new office, neuro clinic in Palm Springs. I saw the doctor on my first examination, and he said, see you in 6 weeks which is a long time. I get a call a day before my appointment, letting me know the doctors no longer there and they can reschedule next week. Are you kidding me? I understand things happen but can't keep the same day appointment that I've been waiting 6 weeks for? Terrible way to treat patients DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CLINIC
If you need timely care look else where. Waited a week for an appointment regarding and urgent referral to only have it canceled. They didn't try to reschedule me. They made me call them and listen to their, we are experiencing high call volume message over and over again. Their system only lets you wait on hold for 15 minutes before it dumps you in a VM box were it states to leave a message with your entire chart history for them to get back to you in 24 hours.
