Today was my very first visit at the clinic and omg I was so pleasantly surprised and had the best experience and impression. They are so organized, and everyone is so nice, professional and efficient. The MA was excellent, the Nurse Practitioner was so understanding and knowledgeable, she seemed to understand my symptoms to perfection. Then Dr. MCGEHRIN came and he was great as well. Cancelled day of, without explanation, without phonecall, only to be told that the next appointment is months out.
Booked an appointment last week, explain to me how the next available appointment is in September? Then I asked them to explain how if booking is that far out, how do they expect us to get our treatment? You do a consult first, then wait two months just for the treatment? “Oh he’ll refer you to someone else” Why the hell would I go to the doctor that has to refer me to another doctor just to treat what is wrong with me?
My license was revoked by LWA TAFOYA and wasn’t informed of it …. They don’t even know what’s wrong with me and I only received Topiromate which only calms me down . I am getting medicated and my license revoked even though there’s still no diagnosis. They also take 40 min to answer a call and are super rude. DO NOT GO HERE.
