Great medical care by doctors but with long wait tines, and schedule and communication blunders
Unfortunately, my grandmother was hospitalized here a little while back after a fall and developed multiple pressure sores, since no one repositioned her. I understand things get busy, but it’s not okay to lie on documentation.
DO NOT use NeuroMedical Center. I tried to make an appointment, however, first available appointment was 3 months out since I was considered a “new patient”. I was told I was a "new patient" due to being over 3 years since my last visit. I was also told that I am unable to make an appointment with another physician until I "change my physician" which will take over 10 business days to process. How can I be a “new patient” and also “need to change my physician”? I cannot make this up. Easy solution was to make an appointment ... read more
