I had DBS surgery in February 2026. My neurosurgeon is Dr. Paul Waguespack and neurologist is Dr. B. Glenn Kidder. In my opinion they are the golden team! Dr. Waguespack and his surgical team did an amazing job and treated me with the utmost care. Dr. Kidder was great during surgery, and during my first after surgery visit with him went through the programming with the utmost care with great success. Horrible experience. I waited in line over 20 minutes for my appointment, completed all required forms online in advance, only for them to tell me that because I didn't bring the additional forms they sent me IN THE MAIL that i'd have to reschedule my appointment over a month from my appointment day. The truth is that they are so understaffed and slow at check in that the wait caused me to miss my appointment that i arrived early for. Took off work for this appointment and this place seems terrible.
If you want to get adhd testing somewhere else or you will be waiting 3-4 months for a diagnoses. Update : Dr.Barnett was helpful and her assistant Ronick is super sweet ! I was able to get what I needed done .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am leaving a 1-STAR review because the customer service experience I had TODAY was genuinely unacceptable, and I am STILL FURIOUS about it. I called The NeuroMedical Center trying to get set up with a doctor at this clinic who can CLEARLY treat me for what I am looking for, and thanks to a TERRIBLE, RUDE, and LAZY customer service representative (a woman I spoke with for about SEVEN MINUTES), that was not possible. I met Dr. Gaynor for the first time in the ER when I was told I needed emergency brain surgery. I had been misdiagnosed, in ER by ER doctor. When he stepped in, he quickly recognized that I had a meningioma and immediately took action. Even in an emergency situation, he took the time to clearly explain what was happening and what needed to be done.
