I was not taken seriously as a patient at this clinic. I was a patient of Trahan's. I've felt that my office visits were always unpleasant and wasteful. (Most currently) 30 minutes sitting in the waiting area, then another 45 minutes waiting in the exam room. So at this point, yes, I'm unpleasant when I see you. Updates to say 'the provider is running behind' (or whatever the situation is) take 2 minutes and make a big difference. Great facilities with great Doctors. However, I’m wondering why some very old people are being transported in wheel chairs without something to support their feet. They are told to raise their feet when being pushed in the wheel chair. I saw 1 man dragging his socked feet on the floor because he couldn’t hold his legs up. It’s an accident waiting to happen.
Poor service and communication.
I have seen Dr Calegan once for my Parkinson’s. Everyone there was top notch. Doc answers questions and is quick to answer messages in the portal when I have concerns. Highly recommend!! I am on my way for a follow up after several months.
Dr. Whiddon is the best neurologist I've ever had! After moving away and having a new neurologist I can see the stark difference. She's genuinely caring and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was very patient. Highly recommend.
