Huge place but friendly staff. Parking garage for free parking but hard to navigate for a large vehicle. Thorough at check-in. There's a small cafeteria available for lunch/dinner, vending area.

The actual 4th floor staff is friendly as for the scheduling department.... Extremely rude!
Check in for crack of the dawn surgery is very smooth. Hospital personnel are very nice and accommodating, but no Equal or Splenda this morning. . . Sadness.
