I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with the Neurology Institute. I scheduled an appointment in advance, arrived early, and checked in without issue. Despite this, I received a phone call 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time asking if I was on my way—as if I hadn’t already been sitting in their office. Was my first time at this office. It was easy to find. Had ample parking. Inside was clean and cool. Check in was easy. Wait time to be called was less than 15min. The doctor time to actually come in after vitals were taken was less than 10min. Visit went well. Clear explanations.
Impossible to reach by phone and via web request. Phone calls go unanswered.
Terrible service from this company. Today, I showed up for my appointment at the scheduled time in Fort Lauderdale. It simply didn't happen because the doctor wasn't there, and the staff were laughing about the mix-up. A total lack of professionalism and complete indifference.
