I arrived at the time of my scheduled appointment, 8:30am, on 7/8/26. Once inside there were 2 at the window, I believe checking in. The associate at the window verbably acknowledged my arrival & asked me to take a seat. Apparently there some computer issues. At 8:50, she asked me to the window to actually sign in. She indicated that my co-pay would be $25.00. I handed her my debit card for the charge & the equipment wouldn't accept it. Finally, after a few tries, it took the payment. The office personnel is great and very attentive! Absolutely adore Dr. Sonia Kalirao because she is invested in your health and really cares for your overall well being.
Awesome doctors and staff
the neurologist, sonia, is good and friendly energy. the front desk staff i encountered is meh, but the rest of the staff seemed helpful and friendly. however, trying to talk to someone on the phone is quite awful. whoever answered seemed to not understand simple neurology related terms like EEG. they just quickly try to transfer you, and then it rings and hangs up. their schedule is VERY booked, even for follow-up appointments.. doesn't seem fair to need an MRI and not be able to speak about the results for another 2 months... read more
I came to Dr. Kalirao for a second opinion and was very glad that I did. I am very encouraged by her assessment of the problem.
