I would have give this Doctor and the office a lower rating if I could. 1. After seeing this doctor 2 times, they wanted a referral...which was given to them the first visit. 2. Appointment was at 10:30....waited an hour and a half...no doctor...not even someone coming in to check on us. 3. After we decided t leave the receptionist wanted us to call to set up another appointment after a hour and a half wait.... Unbelievable poor service... Not going back.
So impressed with Dr. Jacome! Very thorough and excellent doctor.
Worst doctors office ever! Doctor always 2 hours late every morning. Office never ever return phone calls, not even urgent phone calls! They told me 1 week ago they were calling in a new script to pharmacy. They never did it. Been calling over and over, leaving messages, with no response ever since!
