This place has neurologists and PT. This review is for the PT side. I have been seeing Jason the Physical Therapist there for my back, and I started with not being able to hinge forward while sitting or stand for more than 5min. He worked with me one on one for about 4 months total and I am back to where i can walk and sit normally (and lean forward) with no pain. All of the 5 star reviews are paid reviews. This place is evil. I have been desperately trying to get my medical test results for WEEKS. They refuse to upload them digitally, which is a huge HIPPA violation. I called them, and they even lied about the results being on my patient portal. Just to shut me up. I threatened to take legal action just to get my test results. And this is after them cancelling and rescheduling appointments at the last second for MONTHS. Communication is lacking at this office from the staff at the counter. I was supposed to hear back from someone regarding the doctors decision, on some testing since united healthcare doesn't cover. That's what a lady told me on Nov 28, and to expect a call at some point about the next step. No one called to say anything of a followup or getting a referrel to another facility. I wish I could rate them with a ZERO First of I never witnessed someone working at a doctors office with flip flap, but at the Coral Springs neurologist office “they do”. And there is nothing wrong with putting someone on a hold. They are pick up the phone then hang up on you. That’s sucks
