The physicians are great when you can see or speak to them but get ready for lots of cancelled and rescheduled appointments. Today was supposed to be a telehealth appt. Received a call yesterday confirming. Got up early and drove to the hospital to be on the call with my mom (the patient) and nothing! No phone call, no appt kept. Nobody answering their phone. Changed my whole schedule today for this one phone call. Not the first time something like this has happened. The Yelp reviews are spot on. Do better.
She was wonderful, helpful and very kind.
