Truly terrible care. I couldn't understand a word they said as all the doctors were Russian and spoke very poor English. They were nice but failed to explain painful procedures or give adequate care.

Dr. Bock is wonderful and very attentive. She really listened to me and provided me with a lot of helpful information and advice, as well as appropriate prescriptions to further work up my concerns. The receptionists are very pleasant as well, both over the phone and in person.

I was referred by my primary doctor to this office for treatment. The staff were actually very pleasant despite health insurance confusion. That is until an older male doctor comes out into the waiting area and ask his patients if they are COViD vaccinated. Is HiPPA followed in this office? I’m curious what he would do if the patient said “no” would he refuse to treat? I find it intrusive, unprofessional and shameful for a medical professional to put his patients on an unexpected stage.

I've been coming here for years. Very easy to get appointments and very thorough care received throughout the years.
