Ive had repeated issues with falling. Fainting, and family history of stroke. Was told to just keep monitoring my falls. Your medical plan is to let me keep falling and do nothing about it. Manager Felicia said she would get back to me with a different doctor several months ago. Have not been able to get a hold onf anyone from the department at all. Operator literally just disconnects me.
I thought it was me Dr shows up in wrinkled coat very unkempt. Seems very interested. I'm looking for another. I feel as if I really have no care at all.
Can't even get an appointment! Been waiting since May 5th when my referral was approved. It's now June 17th. If I hadn't called them, no one would have called me back after all this time. The person that schedules the referral appointments never picked up the phone or returned my calls.
Absolutely rude ! The doctors don’t let you get one word in and the. Office manager Felicia is just as rude I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone it’s wortless !
