Excellent staff. Very informative and helpful.
I truly have no idea why the ratings are so low for this facility. Every single interaction I’ve had with them has been nothing but a great experience! I had been going to them for over a year for Botox for my migraines. They were always kind and attentive. The PA, Nicole Megali, is so sweet and personable. She is absolutely THE BEST! I had to switch insurances after getting a new job, and was extremely sad to have to go to a different Neurologist. I was admitted to the hospital via the ER following a seizure. At my follow up visit, with the PA. Who frankly seemed disinterested and unorganized. I was scheduled for a 24 hour EEG, because "the 10 minute tests they do at the hospital don't tell you much". Gee, seems like maybe we could have done some testing during the 5 days i was in the hospital. I did have numerous scans. The MA were kind but the doctor and Pa they have are rude don’t listen to you and put their own thoughts into your records careful with these centers I thought they were good doctors but after years of visits they always want surgeries not care for individuals and cause more episodes down the road.
