I have been going there for about 4-5 years. I’ve had really good physicians. Over the last year or so, I have call in to get longer than a months worth of meds. Everytime I am told I need more bloodwork. Again, I lived my physicians, but the organization itself is poorly managed. Just no follow up and always wants more bloodwork. My wife and I are done…. Stay away if you expect them to answer the phone or emails, if you want a call back after leaving a message, or actually expect questions to be answered or appointments scheduled.
Very unorganized. Meds are always late and hard to get refilled. Since Bobbie place went down hill fast.
-1 stars. Every month meds are late, have to call constantly to get things filled and just get pushed down the line. “Urgent messages” to the doctor aren’t regarded and call backs never happen. We will be moving to a new provider ASAP.
