The Nesting Place is the best! I’ve gone to prenatal yoga with Jen (Merrick location), baby yoga, music classes and joined the fourth trimester moms group — all of their programming is fantastic for moms and their littles!
I took Prenatal Yoga throughout my pregnancy both in-person in Merrick and online, and I would highly recommend to any pregnant person looking for a relaxing place to move and prep for birth and postpartum.
The Nesting Place has been a major part of my pregnancy since my first trimester! Their prenatal yoga classes, birth classes, doula support and pregnancy resources have been life changing! Can’t recommend the Nesting Place enough for a community of mothers and birth related practitioners that make pregnancy and postpartum significantly better.
I cannot say enough good things about The Nesting Place! Throughout my pregnancy, coming here was such a gift. Prenatal yoga with Jen was the highlight of my week—she is truly the best, always made me feel calm, supported, and confident throughout my journey.
