My son and I love going here!!! We started mommy and me yoga around 2 months and he’s now 6 months! It was the best bonding experience!! We also attended the post natal strength class, highly recommend!! Jen is amazing! You must take any of her classes!! Looking forward to what other classes me and my son will take there as he grows!
Went for the first time to the Merrick music class at 10 am on Saturday and my daughter absolutely loved it! We are definitely coming back
I started bringing my daughter here between seven and eight months. We went to the baby sensory class for four weeks and had a wonderful time! She was able to meet and interact with other little babies, her own age and explore the world around her. It’s a really nice parent and me class. I highly recommend it. Miss Rachel is so patient, kind, and accommodating.
I recently signed up for the 6-week Mothers Circle and I’m so thankful I did. It’s been a great support group for moms (new/seasoned) to meet other moms and hear from experts in various fields. Connecting with moms that are going through similar challenges (in real time) has brought much peace of mind as I’m learning to navigate the daily challenges of motherhood. Great location for a ton of services and community. Always clean and always friendly.
