Very helpful staff and beautiful apartments!
The Nest truly is the best! I’ve lived here for three years and have had an amazing experience. The apartment has everything you need, and Shelby, the manager, is absolutely wonderful. Great location and always felt safe! Highly recommended living at the Nest community! 💛🖤
Carl was extremely helpful, he made moving out so much easier! I love how nice the people are, wonderful staff!
Moved in last year, great location. Staff is super accommodating and maintenance always helps quickly. Great proximity to campus and downtown. Bread garden is always really close which is a plus. Plus this apartment is pet friendly which is hard to find in Iowa City, 10/10!
