Beautiful cozy place and kind people
Living at The Nest was genuinely one of the worst decisions I made during my time in Iowa City. It is a complete money grab, and the apartments are WAY too expensive for the quality you receive. The finishes are cheap, the furniture is cheap, and many things seem like they are made to wear down or break, then residents are stuck paying for them at move-out.
