Rude staff. I reached out to the Nest with three questions, and received a call back we I couldn’t pick up followed by a text with one answer. I received a second call that I didn’t pick up followed by a text saying they’d been unable to reach me. I texted back with my two original questions that remained unanswered. This is their response: “ Look at the website or answer your phone”
