I honestly had a positive experience with my provider…up until my last appointment that I needed to reschedule the morning of because I had zero sleep the night before and my infant son was sick. My appointment was scheduled for 10am, so I called when they opened, but no one answered. I left a voicemail explaining my predicament and asked someone to call me back to reschedule.
